We only have a limited amount of time we can spend with you and we can't solve huge structural or legal issues - we help with the common sense things. We'll ask you to complete a survey about your current situation and where you'd like to be. We'll ask for copies of accounts, newsletters, promotional materials etc so we can be well prepared when we visit you. These help us to get a good idea of your organisation. After we've visited you, we'll explain how we're going to help you. Some organisations require more than one visit.
